Who we are

Kodffe Software LLC (“Kodffe”, “we”) operates kodffe.com and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For any question about your data, write to hello@kodffe.com.

What we collect

• What you send us through the contact form: your name, work email, company and the details of your request (for example, the process you want to automate or the roles you need).
• Emails you send us and our replies.
• Booking details, when you schedule a call through Cal.com. Cal.com processes them under its own privacy policy and shares them with us to set up the meeting.
• Technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser signals to tell people from bots.

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and follow up on it.
• To prepare proposals, estimates or engineer profiles you ask for.
• To keep a record of our conversations with prospective and current clients.
• To protect the site and the contact form against spam and abuse.

We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t send you marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Legal bases

Where data protection laws require a legal basis (for example, the GDPR or Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection), we rely on your consent when you submit the form, on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and keeping the site secure, and on the steps needed before entering into a contract with you.

Service providers

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the site, acting on our behalf:

• Vercel (website hosting and delivery).
• Brevo (sending the contact form to our team and keeping a record of the request).
• Cloudflare (bot protection with Turnstile).
• Cal.com (scheduling calls).

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union or other countries. When they do, they rely on legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests and related emails for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless a business relationship requires keeping them longer or you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@kodffe.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit who can access personal data and choose providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects you.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and we will change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on the site.
